Finite element solution method for digital twin mechanism model categories of transmission and transformation equipment based on finite element analysis method
With the rapid development of information technology, digital twin technology, as a product of the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing, is gradually penetrating various industrial fields. In the field of power transmission and transformation equipment, the application of digital twin mechanism models provides a new perspective and means for the operation, maintenance, performance evaluation, and optimization design of equipment. This article aims to explore the solution process of the digital twin mechanism model of power transmission and transformation equipment based on finite element analysis method. Through in-depth research on the basic principles of finite element analysis, establishment and discretization of energy functional, element analysis and overall integration, solution of extreme value problems, and post-processing and result analysis, theoretical and technical support are provided for the digital and intelligent management of power transmission and transformation equipment.
