New day ahead dispatching method of power system with wind power under the target of carbon peak
Wind energy, as a clean energy that fully utilizes natural resources, has irreplaceable advantages. However, due to the intermittent and uncontrollable characteristics, the extensive incorporation of wind power has introduced fresh complexities to the scheduling and operation of the power grid. The purpose of this paper is to study the day ahead scheduling problem of the new power system with wind power under the carbon peak target. First, this paper deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the current power system scheduling, and explores the day ahead scheduling method of wind energy in the new power system. Then, a day ahead scheduling method for a new type of power system with wind power under the goal of carbon peak is proposed. This method will fully consider the volatility and uncertainty of wind power, and realize the safe, stable and efficient operation of the power system by optimizing the scheduling strategy. Ultimately, this article will substantiate the efficacy and viability of the proposed scheduling methodology via simulation experiments and case studies.
