This paper focuses on building a lean management portrait of the station area, integrating bigdata analysis technology, converging and integrating rich information from multiple data sources, realizing real-time monitoring and all-around assessment of the operating status of the station area, improving the efficiency of the station area management personnel in managing the station area, and promoting the enhancement of the operation of the distribution network and the level of service of the station area.
