Development of charging module for off-board charger of electric vehicle
With the intensification of the global energy crisis and the increasingly serious environmental pollution problems, electric vehicles as a clean and efficient means of transportation, has been widely concerned. The promotion and application of electric vehicles not only helps to reduce dependence on fossil fuels, but also significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions, which is of great significance for environmental protection. However, the popularity of electric vehicles cannot be separated from the support of efficient and reliable charging facilities. As the core component of charging facilities, the performance of charging module directly affects the charging efficiency and user experience. In this paper, a charging module design scheme of electric vehicle non-vehicle charger based on LLC series resonant control technology is proposed. Through the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the input voltage, switching frequency, output voltage and other key parameters of the charging module, it provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the design of the charging module. The experimental results show that the loss of the charging module under no-load conditions is less than 20W, and the full-load efficiency can reach 96%, which meets the requirements of electric vehicle charging
