Research on the safety evaluation method of power grid dispatch automation based on multi-granularity proportional binary semantics

Grid dispatch automation, serving as a pivotal technology to guarantee the safe, stable, and efficient functioning of the power grid, is acquiring greater significance. Nonetheless, due to the expansion and heightened complexity of the power grid's scale, the grid dispatch automation system is confronted with unprecedented security challenges. Regarding the safety status of the overall operation, issues such as information loss and the inability to manage expert evaluation information expressed in various language preferences arise during the application process. To address these issues, the proportional binary semantic method is introduced, and a conversion approach between language information of differing granularities is devised. The implementation of this method in the safety assessment of grid dispatch automation demonstrates that it not only effectively processes and represents the initial language information provided by experts, but also ensures that the result after the aggregation operator operation aligns well with the initial language set. Consequently, an evaluation result is obtained without information loss, taking into account the viewpoints of all experts, proving its efficacy and feasibility
