Research on oil-immersed transformer vacuum oil injection automatic control device

Addressing the issues of low efficiency and high risk of accidents in manual control of vacuum oil injection in traditional oil immersed transformers, a new vacuum oil injection automatic control device for oil-immersed transformer is introduced. Real time of oil level in oil immersed transformers is measured by difference between different locations pressure sensors, and the accuracy of oil level monitoring is within 3cm. During the oil injection process, the monitoring oil level data and control commands are transmitted by wireless communication network, the vacuum pump and oil injection machine is remote control by the status of oil level in Oil immersed transformer, and the oil injection reliability of the oil-immersed transformer is improved.
