Study on long-term power purchase agreements for renewable energy adapted to china's national conditions
At present, the full guarantee purchase system is difficult to adapt to the new situation of renewable energy development, and cannot solve the problems of insufficient space for consumption, insufficient regulating capacity, and poor channeling of consumption costs, which in the long run will restrict the sustainable development of renewable energy. In order to promote renewable energy consumption by market-based means, this paper aims to optimize the design of the long-term power purchase agreement mechanism for renewable energy participation in market-based transactions. Firstly, it analyses the problems and challenges of renewable energy consumption mode under the new situation. Secondly, we sort out the requirements of the new situation on renewable energy-related policies and mechanisms. To promote renewable energy market-based consumption as the core. Finally, we optimize the design of key mechanisms for renewable energy participation in the market, and put forward the design objectives and key elements for the application of long-term power purchase agreement in China's power market.
