Preparation and detection of silver powder for solar cells by liquid phase reduction method

Solar silver powder is prepared by liquid phase reduction method. Silver nitrate is the basic source of silver, polyvinyl pyrrolidone is used as dispersant, and ascorbic acid is used as reducing agent to prepare spherical silver powder. The particle size and morphology of silver powder are analyzed by the dispersant, reducing agent, PH value and other conditions selected for silver powder. Finally, through the different temperature and time relationship to determine the characteristics of the silver powder.

Abstract

Solar silver powder is prepared by liquid phase reduction method. Silver nitrate is the basic source of silver, polyvinyl pyrrolidone is used as dispersant, and ascorbic acid is used as reducing agent to prepare spherical silver powder. The particle size and morphology of silver powder are analyzed by the dispersant, reducing agent, PH value and other conditions selected for silver powder. Finally, through the different temperature and time relationship to determine the characteristics of the silver powder.
