Analysis of the Strength of the Inclined Section of the Injection Process for In-situ Repair of Multi Branch Wells
Abstract Bending strength is a key parameter in the design of precise injection and transmission technology for in-situ groundwater remediation of multi branch wells. If a larger bending strength is used in the design, it can reduce the depth of inclination, shorten the drilling distance, and save the construction cost of the remediation project; However, excessive bending strength can lead to increased wear and tear of the repair agent injected into the drilling tool, and even prevent the drug delivery tool from passing through the hole smoothly, as well as accidents such as broken drilling tools at the bottom of the injection equipment. To address this prominent contradiction, a comprehensive analysis and calculation were conducted using mathematical mechanics to determine the ultimate bending strength of the injection process curve section design for multi branch repair wells, taking into account three factors: ensuring the smooth passage of injection and transmission tools, and ensuring the safe operation of injection and transmission pipelines.
