Fast Reconstruction Algorithm for Compressed Multiband Signal

Abstract In the theory of CS, the OMPMMV recoverring method for multi-band signal requires pseudo-inverse calculation in each iteration. In this paper, for solving the pseudoo inversee question of OMPMMV algorithm, the MMV-conjugate gradient tracing methon is proposed based on the steepest descent method, which is appropriate for compressed multiband signal recoverring. By which, the complexities and computations of OMPMMV reconstruction method are reduced. Theoretical analysis indicates that the method does not require pseudo inverse solution, can decrease the complexity and computation of signal recoverring, and is facilitiy to implement in project, and is more fitable for applications with high real-time demanding. The simulation results show that the method can recover sparse multi-band signal accurately, and the consequences indicate that the method has faster operation velocity and higher recovering accuracy.
