OBSTACLES TO SECURITY STABILITY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FROM A LEGAL PERSPECTIVE

This research addressed the obstacles to security stability and sustainable development from a legal perspective, according to a plan through which the research was divided into three demands that addressed:The first requirement is the phenomenon of terrorism and methods of confrontation, then the second requirement is the security chaos as an obstacle to stability, and the third requirement is administrative and financial corruption, considering that these obstacles are the main ones in confronting development and stability.Political stability has been defined as the state's ability to exercise its political, security and economic duties in order to protect individuals, funds, institutions and state property through the proper application of the legal texts in force..The more the state is able to extend its influence over the entire territory of the country, the more stability is achieved in all its concepts. If the state does not control its territory, this inevitably leads to a state of instability and insecurity, resulting in the partial or complete dissolution of society..After reviewing the research requirements and reaching the conclusion of the topic, I reached a set of results and recommendations that we see as being of legal importance to achieve real and sustainable development.
