THE ROLE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ACCOMPANIMENT IN ENHANCING THE PERFORMANCE OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES (PMES) IN ALGERIA

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are considered a fundamental pillar in enhancing the national economy and achieving sustainable development in Algeria, due to their active role in creating job opportunities, stimulating innovation, and diversifying income sources.However, these enterprises often suffer from significant fragility as they face obstacles during their launch, particularly innovative and unconventional projects that carry a high degree of risk.Experts believe that the solution lies in developing diverse support and accompaniment mechanisms tailored to the varying needs of these projects, along with providing regular accompaniment to these projects to improve their performance over time.Through this study, we have highlighted the contribution of the National Agency for Microcredit Management -Bchar branch (Algeria) in entrepreneurial accompaniment to develop and enhance the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.
