THE POSSIBILITY OF TREATING WASTE AND UTILISING IT FOR ELECTRICAL ENERGY IN BABYLON GOVERNORATE (A STUDY IN THE RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT)

Waste is a civil raw material and can be relied upon to make it a renewable energy source because of its effective role as it contains several gases resulting from chemical processes from natural sources Represented by the human consumption of urban residents, and in addition to animal waste, such as livestock and poultry fields, which are disposed of, as the municipal authorities in the study area throw waste in large areas of land or external roads outside the cities, causing environmental and health damages. As a result, the study came to demonstrate the possibility of benefiting of waste and investing it in generating electric power and meeting the actual need for electricity in the study area .
