New Design and Implementation of Muscle Therapy Utilizing Mega-Microcontroller and Optocoupler
Theoretical Framework: The primary ideas and theories supporting the research are discussed in this topic. Enhance the efficiency of a mega microcontroller as an electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) function generator, and this work investigates the possible advantages of EMS deployment. Additionally, to look into the issue of conventional power transistor damage and locate a new electronic component that works well in supporting SDG. Method: The approach used in this study uses an optocoupler device to create a signal-generating circuit without a direct electrical connection between the transformer input and the circuit. as well as, using an effective Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect (MOSFET) component in place of the traditional power transistor increases the overall reliability of the EMS-designed system, ensures the protection of the microcontroller circuit, and establishes electrical isolation between different system stages. Finally, practically every output signal was obtained using a digital oscilloscope. Results and Discussion: The findings demonstrate that electrical isolation among the system's many stages guarantees the microcontroller circuit's safety, that the damaged power transistor stage has been resolved, and that the EMS-designed system is more reliable overall. In contrast to previous research, the suggested framework presents a fresh methodology that exhibits a methodical and thorough approach. Research Implications: The practical and theoretical implications of this study are discussed, offering insights into its impact, examined using an optocoupler device and a Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect (MOSFET) part. Improvements in electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and the creation of next-generation muscle therapy equipment may be included in these ramifications. Originality/Value: This study creatively combines a Mega-Microcontroller, MOSFET, and optocoupler device to improve electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). Among its benefits are maximizing the EMS's stimulation output and minimizing the signal interface's generating and amplification phases.
