THE SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATED DATA COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND SENDING IN A SMART HOME AS A COMPONENT OF IIOT

The automated data collection, processing, and transmission system in a smart home offers a wide range of capabilities and functions aimed at optimizing resource use and enhancing resident comfort. This model involves not only the usual monitoring of water, gas, and electricity consumption but also their real-time analysis, with the ability to automatically adjust consumption according to established parameters. As a result, users can more effectively control consumption, receive timely notifications of exceeding set limits, and use analytical data for further reducing costs. Such smart systems significantly simplify the process of resource accounting, as all information is sent directly to the relevant services without the need for physical readings. This not only reduces the likelihood of human errors but also ensures the accuracy of accounting and allows for the timely detection of leaks or unauthorized connections to utilities. For example, in the case of an emergency, such as a pipe burst or gas leak, the system immediately sends a signal to the owner and relevant services, enabling them to take the necessary actions to minimize risks and prevent significant financial losses. Moreover, smart systems allow for a significant reduction in costs both for individual homes and for entire districts or cities. Through continuous data collection and analysis, it becomes possible to forecast peak network loads and more efficiently distribute resources. This, in turn, contributes to reducing overall operational costs, which is an important factor for the implementation of such technologies at the national level. Despite the significant cost of installing these systems, their benefits are obvious. They not only increase the level of comfort and safety for residents but also ensure effective management of urban resources. Therefore, investments in these technologies are justified in terms of savings, energy efficiency, and improving the quality of life. Furthermore, smart homes contribute to improving the ecological situation, as their efficient use of resources helps reduce harmful emissions and the overall environmental burden.
