Analysis of labor hazards in agricultural production, their sources: state and ways of dynamic reduction and elimination
The paper notes the leading role of agricultural production in solving the food security of the population, as well as provides brief information in confirmation of the above. Government support for its workers contributes to the success of the industry. Attention is paid to support of constitutional provisions regarding the creation of conditions for the preservation of life and health in the activity systems of various structures of the OKVED of the country. The above is confirmed by the updated regulatory framework in the field of technosphere safety; work in this direction continues in the interests of the employees. The need is confirmed by the annual presence of injuries and occupational diseases in life support systems, including agricultural production. In order to improve the situation, the article provides a summary of hazards in agricultural production, performs a theoretical analysis of the generation of their sources, and defines the nomenclature of hazards using the example of the most traumatic sub-industries. Based on the analysis of hazards existing in almost all types of activities in the industry, their condition is determined as potential and obvious: it is noted that in electromechanical modern agricultural production, the prevailing causes of potential hazards in injuries or accidents are failures of the components of the production cycle (technological, engineering, structural machinery and equipment, personnel, organizational and technical parameters of the environment, etc. Based on the theoretical analysis, the author's innovative solutions are proposed that block the possibility of realizing potential hazards in the event of injury or accident.
