Ultrastructure of secretory cells of the stomach of turkey cross BIG-6

The article presents the submicroscopic structure of secretory cells of the glandular and muscular parts of the stomach based on the electron microscopic method of examining the stomach of a cross-country turkey BIG-6, 10 days old postnatal life. A comparative ultrastructure of the parietal and main cells of the deep glands of the glandular part of the stomach is given. The most significant characteristics of integumentary epitheliocytes and mucocytes of the gastric mucosa are given. The peculiarity of the ultrastructural organization of the basic intracellular organelles of the secretory cells of the turkey stomach, which allow the known specific functions to be realized, has been established.
