VLC technology information transmission system

The article examines modern technologies and solutions in the field of information transmission, covering three key areas: visible light communication (VLC), communication systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and fiber-optic systems. Visible Light Communication Technology (VLC): This technology uses visible light to transmit data, which allows the integration of lighting and communication functions. VLC provides high data transfer rates, resistance to electromagnetic interference, and is suitable for use in places with limited use of radio frequencies. VLC’s prospects are related to the expansion of its range and integration with other communication systems such as Wi-Fi and 5G. Communication systems for UAVs: The challenges associated with long-range data transmission for unmanned aerial vehicles are considered, including providing radio visibility and signal attenuation compensation. Solutions are proposed for this purpose, such as increasing the flight altitude, using repeaters and satellite systems, as well as increasing the power of transmitters and the efficiency of antennas [1]. Fiber-optic information transmission systems: These systems continue to evolve, providing high speed and reliability of data transmission. The main directions of development include increasing data density, improving multiplexing technologies, and improving optical fibers. The future of fiber-optic systems is linked to their integration with wireless and satellite communication systems, which makes them key for future communication networks. All these technologies are aimed at meeting the growing need for data transmission in the context of global digitalization.
