MODERN TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER-TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, EXPERTISE OF RADIOELECTRONIC DEVICES AND HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES IN THE BODIES OF THE STATE COMMITTEE OF FORENSIC EXPERTISE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

The article examines modern trends in the development of computertechnical examinations, examinations of radio-electronic devices and household appliances in the bodies of the State Forensic Examination Committee of the Republic of Belarus. The author analyzes the process of formation and evolution of these areas since the establishment of the committee in 2014, noting the growth of their importance due to the increase in the number of crimes committed using high technologies. Particular attention is paid to measures to improve expert activities, including the introduction of a modern technical base, expanding the range of objects examined and improving the qualifications of specialists. Issues of international cooperation, exchange of experience and the introduction of advanced techniques in expert practice are considered. The importance of the territorial principle of conducting examinations is emphasized, which made it possible to significantly reduce the time of their implementation without loss of quality.
