FORENSIC ACTIVITIES IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES COMMITTED USING INFORMATION AND TELECOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

The article is devoted to the consideration of some distinctive features of crimes committed using information and telecommunication technologies. Taking this into account, the author points out the importance of forensic activity as a form of using special knowledge in the implementation of an effective fight against such crimes, as well as the possibilities of modern information technologies. The use of special knowledge is considered taking into account the provisions of the criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
