PROGRAMA DE AUDITORÍA AMBIENTAL PARA EVALUAR LA PRODUCCIÓN DEL TEQUILA EN MÉXICO
One of the essential aspects involved in criticizing the current development paradigm of the industrial sector are environmental issues, which are part of each person’s need to care for and protect our planet through different actions in favor of non-pollution. That is why the objective of the research is to design an environmental audit program for the production of tequila, where a descriptive and qualitative methodology is carried out, describing each of the processes involved in the production of tequila, as well as each one of the components involved in the environmental audit program. The results achieved are closely related to the findings found in each of the stages of the program, as well as the work papers used, to achieve the company’s strategic position in the international market from a sustainable and financially sustainable approach.
