By filtering the education faculty journals of Turkish universities indexed by the TR Index published between 2020 and 2023, the analysis listed 23 journals and 122 ELT studies they published. The articles were analyzed using document analysis, and qualitative content analysis was employed to determine the type of research, keyword trends, methodology, sample features, data collection tools, and language used in the articles. The results shed light on current publication trends in the field and highlighted possible research gaps for future studies.
