Estrategias de aprendizaje basado en proyectos en la mejora de habilidades sociales

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an educational strategy and methodology that promotes the holistic development of students, particularly in social skills such as communication, collaboration, and empathy. This pedagogical approach, based on constructivism and situated learning, fosters meaningful interaction and active learning through contextualized projects. Accordingly, this article addresses a bibliographic review using the PRISMA method, identifying PBL strategies that enhance social skills in students, offering a simplified guide with viable results. Based on the bibliographic review conducted, four main strategies were classified: community projects, technological projects, interdisciplinary projects, and problem-solving. Each category provides a distinct approach to fostering essential skills in educational settings. Community projects strengthen social commitment, while technological projects develop digital and collaborative competencies. Interdisciplinary projects promote a holistic understanding, and problem-solving enhances leadership and creativity. This study provides a practical guide for teachers to integrate the development of social skills into their pedagogical practices, addressing the current demands for a more inclusive and meaningful education.
