The phenomenon of uncertainty: philosophical and scientific problems of comprehension

This work is devoted to the problems of conceptualizing and representing the concept of "uncertainty" in philosophy and science and to the analysis of anthropological practices of removing uncertainty within the framework of human activity. The study pays attention to "pre-conceptual" (myth, ritual, life-world) and logical-reflexive forms of uncertainty. The novelty and significance of the work lies in the generalization, systematization, and conceptualization of ideas about uncertainty as an immanent property of reality, which manifests itself both at the level of being and at the level of cognition and human activity. The author comes to the conclusion that uncertainty has the status of an interdisciplinary category, opens up new perspectives for understanding indeterminacy, the dynamics of complex socio-technical systems, and the place of humans in an increasingly complex modern world.
