Study of Quasi-One-Dimensional Conductive Structures in Polymer Layers

An experimental study was made of local switching in submicrometer polymer films, the consequence of which is the appearance of quasi-one-dimensional conductive structures of nanoscopic dimensions. The switching area was visualized using conductive probe atomic force microscopy.
