Professional-Active Approach to Solving of Content-applied Problems in Mathematics Study by Students of Agricultural University
The article is devoted to the issue of teaching mathematics to students of an agricultural university in the context of its applied focus. The main place is given to the construction of a methodological structure for teaching the solution of content-applied mathematical problems, which is based on a professional-activity-based systemic approach. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for teaching students of an agricultural university to solve content-applied problems in the process of studying mathematics. The article reflects didactic, methodological, psychological aspects related to this research problem. A general concept of a content-applied problem is given. Methodology. This study was conducted on the basis of scientific materials and works of scientists, teachers, psychologists dealing with education issues and specialists in the field of the problem under study. The experimental part of the study was carried out from 2021 to 2024 at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Irkutsk State Agrarian University named after A.A. Ezhevsky”, in which 60 first-year full-time students of engineering and technical bachelor’s degree programs took part. During the experiment, the following methods of scientific research were used: analysis, synthesis, analogy, abstraction, induction, deduction. Results of the study. The results obtained in the course of the study indicate a high level of productivity in the application of the developed methodology, which contributes to the systematization, activation of fundamental knowledge, skills and abilities obtained in the course of studying mathematics; their formation, consolidation and application of mathematical methods and techniques in solving substantive and applied problems.
