A Binary siRNA‐Loaded Tetrahedral DNA Nanobox for Synergetic Anti‐Aging Therapy (Small 18/2025)
Anti-Aging Therapy In article number 2408323, Yang Gao, Xiaoxiao Cai, and co-workers developed a functionalized senotherapeutic nanoplatform by constructing a tetrahedral DNA nanostructure-based siRNA delivery system. This work demonstrated the efficacy of dual-acting drugs in alleviating age-associated pathologies and highlighted the potential of tetrahedral DNA nanostructure for constructing co-delivery nanoplatforms in anti-aging drug delivery.
