Realizing Bidirectional Photocurrent in Monolithic Dual‐Mode Device for Neuromorphic Vision and Logically‐Encrypted Transmission (Adv. Funct. Mater. 19/2025)
Bidirectional Dual-Mode Devices In article number 2416288, Yukun Zhao, Haiding Sun, Shulong Lu, and co-workers report a dual-mode nanowire-based device with bidirectional photocurrent, which integrates a self-powered photosensor and synaptic device. It can be used for logically encrypted transmission and neuromorphic vision, corresponding to the left and right sides of human brain in the cover image, respectively.
