An Interface Design for Mooring and Refueling of Electric Propulsion Modules
Aiming at the insufficiency of the connection and separation technology between the space sub-star and the mother star, this paper puts forward a kind of electro-propulsion module mooring refill interface device, in which the electro-propulsion module establishes the mechanical connection, electric connection and gas circuit connection with the active end of the mother star interface through the passive end of the interface. After the completion of mass refilling, the electric push module is separated from the mother star and re-installed to the daughter star, realizing the connection separation function between the daughter star and the mother star, and the device has reusable characteristics. This paper designs the layout and structure of the electric push module mooring refilling interface, clarifies the working form of the electric push module mooring refilling interface, and carries out the static mechanics and kinematics simulation analysis of the electric push module mooring refilling interface, and analyzes the static mechanics and kinematics simulation of the electric push module mooring refilling interface. Modal analysis of the electric propulsion module mooring and filling interface can accomplish the task of connecting and separating the target reliably.
