Reputation-Based Rogue Node Detection in DSA
To address the increasing demand of wireless resources, dynamic spectrum access (DSA) has been shown to be a promising approach. Cooperative behavior among unlicensed users addresses various challenges in DSA. However, selfish nodes may take advantage of the cooperative behavior to increase their resource utilization at the expense of the population. In this article, we propose a bio-social inspired rogue node detection scheme that leverages trust relationships based on the reputation of individual nodes. We show that the proposed scheme achieves 99% rogue node detection accuracy.
