Складові соціальної відповідальності бізнесу як інструмент реалізації цілей сталого розвитку економіки

Relevance of the research is driven by the growing societal demand for responsible business behavior in the context of global challenges such as climate change, social inequality, armed conflicts, and the need for sustainable economic development. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is increasingly viewed not as a voluntary initiative but as a strategic approach to business management that builds trust, enhances reputation, and ensures long-term stability for both companies and society as a whole. The purpose of this study is to identify and characterize the key components of CSR as an important tool for achieving the goals of sustainable economic development, as outlined in the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To achieve this objective, qualitative research methods were used, focusing on description, comparison, and generalization of approaches to CSR implementation across various economic sectors. It is substantiated that CSR includes several core components: economic, legal, ethical, environmental, philanthropic, employee responsibility, and community engagement. Each of these plays a role in ensuring a balance between enterprise profitability and societal expectations. The research demonstrates that sector-specific characteristics significantly influence CSR priorities: manufacturing enterprises focus on environmental safety and labor protection, while the service sector emphasizes ethical standards, data protection, and employee well-being. The study also highlights the interconnection between CSR components and the achievement of sustainable development goals, particularly in the areas of social cohesion, environmental responsibility, and inclusive economic growth. The paper systematizes approaches to understanding CSR as a multidimensional concept and proposes an analytical framework for sectoral analysis of corporate social responsibility. The findings can be applied in the development of corporate CSR strategies and the formation of sustainable development policies.
