Systemic failures of the synergetic model of communication

The aim of this research is to identify the specifics of communicative failures, determined by the systemic organization of a synergetic model of communicative interaction. The article is dedicated to a comprehensive study of this class of phenomena. The main focus of the work is on applying synergetic methodology to the study of the specifics of the functioning of cognitive mechanisms of actors in communicative interaction, which determine the interpretation of incoming information, the reaction to external stimuli, and the attribution of speech means used by the opponent. Based on an analysis of the systemic organization of the communicative process, as well as the use of a corpus of examples of Internet communication, the article establishes that these disruptions to the flow of processes are due to the specifics of the systemic organization and are integral factors that impart dynamics to the evolutionary changes of communication as an open, non-linear system. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the identification of a class of phenomena that disrupt the flow of the communicative process caused by its systemic organization using a synergetic model of communication. As a result, an understanding of communicative failure as a factor in the dynamics of evolutionary processes in communicative interaction is formulated.
