Preparation of freestanding films using Pr‐doped CaSrTiO 3 nanoparticles prepared by supercritical hydrothermal synthesis

Abstract We developed a paste of praseodymium‐doped calcium strontium titanium oxide perovskite phosphor nanoparticles prepared by supercritical hydrothermal synthesis and successfully prepared freestanding films using simple screen printing. In addition, when investigating the luminescence properties of the obtained films and sintered freestanding films, we observed a strong luminescence corresponding to a wavelength of 612 nm. The development of freestanding film phosphors using nanoparticles as raw materials will greatly contribute to the promotion of electroluminescent device development, given that the film thickness can be freely controlled.
