Vestibular migraine: Onabotulinum toxin effectivity, prospective-randomized study
• Onabotulinum toxin type A had a significant improvement in the mean DHI, VAS and MIDAS scores after treatment compared to the pre-treatment scores. • Onabotulinum toxin type A made changes in neither cVEMP nor vHIT gain results. • We think that onabotulinum toxin type A will be a good alternative to other treatments in the prevention of vestibular migraine symptoms.
