O trabalho colaborativo nas salas de recursos multifuncionais: relato de experiência no atendimento educacional especializado em Pinhais
The implementation of the pilot project for Specialized Educational Service (SES) in the municipality was a milestone in reorganizing support for school inclusion. The initiative began with the organization of two Multifunctional Resource Room classes in the same space and expanded to serve 21 educational units with 32 Multifunctional Resource Rooms, 11 of which adopted collaborative practices in SES. This collaborative approach brought innovation, enabling a quick response to the growing demand for SES enrollments without requiring significant infrastructure investments. However, the increased number of students served in spaces initially designed for fewer students presented challenges, such as the need to adapt the physical space to accommodate two professionals working simultaneously. Still, the collaborative arrangement allowed interventions to be implemented, meeting various levels of support and specific student needs. It was observed that direct contact between professionals and students facilitated support for regular education teachers, promoting greater inclusion within educational units. Collaborative work is already effective in the municipal education network of Pinhais. The current challenge is to continuously train the professionals involved, encourage the exchange of experiences, and oversee practices to ensure that this approach results in greater student development and a quality inclusive education for all.
