Efetivação de práticas escolares inclusivas como garantia de acesso aos princípios dos Direitos Humanos
It analyzes the perspective of Human Rights in relation to Inclusive Education, making considerations about the difficulties encountered so that the process can be effective, considering the literature review carried out through a search in periodicals and legislation relevant to the topic. We emphasize the importance of Inclusive Education, which must cover all students, considering the specificities of each one and providing equity in the educational scenario. Inclusion is a practice in gradual evolution, guaranteed by various legislation, making it possible to highlight its benefits for everyone involved, both in the educational and social areas. For this to occur, it is crucial to overcome any form of discrimination, as well as eliminate barriers that may limit full participation, overcoming the concept of integration and promoting true inclusion. We identified some gaps in the school context, requiring reformulation of spaces, as well as feasible educational policies. In the school context, the teacher plays a key role in implementing inclusive education, but for it to occur satisfactorily, it is necessary to provide educators with the fundamental conditions for such actions, preparing students for a diverse and active society. This study seeks to give visibility to the urgency of plural and democratic debates so that inclusion is effectively a realized right.
