Adjustment of Per Capita Indicators of the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation Using the Theory of Anomalous Points

The article presents the results of the statistical outlier analysis for the indicators of per capita cash income and consumer spending by federal districts of the Russian Federation. The exclusion of anomalous points allowed us to refine the weighted average values of the studied indicators. The indicators of the Central Federal District were adjusted most significantly, since the capital region with a high level of income and spending and a significant share in the population became anomalous.
