Self-Healing Multi-Agent Architectures for Continuous Regulatory Adaptation in the Financial Industry
The complexity inherent in contemporary distributed systems, combined with swiftly evolving regulatory frameworks, poses substantial challenges to compliance management. This study introduces an innovative selfhealing multi-agent architecture designed to facilitate continuous regulatory adaptation through automated processes of monitoring, interpreting, and implementing compliance modifications. The framework employs specialized autonomous agents that collaborate to detect regulatory changes, evaluate their impacts, formulate adaptation strategies, and execute necessary modifications with minimal human intervention.By integrating case-based reasoning and adaptive learning mechanisms, the system continuously enhances regulatory intelligence while ensuring transparent and auditable compliance processes.Case studies within the banking and insurance sectors illustrate significant reductions in compliance processing time and improved adaptability to regulatory changes, presenting a promising strategy for regulated entities to transform compliance from reactive obligation into proactive capability.
