This study explores, translates, and transliterates multi-word expressions (MWEs) in Jordanian Arabic (JA), focusing on idioms and proverbs. These expressions are essential to communication, often conveying complex cultural meanings beyond their literal sense. While commonly used idioms reflect shared values, less frequent ones may carry deeper, culturally nuanced interpretations.
