Multimodal Imaging Diagnosis of Pseudoaneurysm of the Mitral‐Aortic Intervalvular Fibrosa Complicated With Left Atrial Fistula
Pseudoaneurysm of the mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa (P-MAIVF) is considered exceedingly rare. The mitral-aortic intervalvular fibrosa is an avascular fibrous structure between the anterior mitral leaflet and the aortic annulus. We are presenting an interesting case that required multimodality imaging to establish the diagnosis.
