Significance of thermal radiation on Caputo time fractional flow of Casson fluid executing quadratic convection

This work aims to explore the impacts of thermal radiation and chemical reaction on the Caputo fractional time derivative of MHD Casson fluid flow with quadratic convection of energy and mass transmission over the abruptly initiated vertical plate along with radiation and heat source/sink. Fractional time derivatives provide a good description of the memory and transmission characteristics of certain products and processes, while integer order systems neglect these effects. The impulsive motion of Casson Stokes flow applies to non-Newtonian paint and ink deposition, lubricant behavior in machinery, abrupt changes in artery blood flow, fast heat reactions in aerospace, and combining in the manufacturing of food. It facilitates the study of fluid optimization in technology, commercial, and healthcare systems. For thermal control and efficient exchange of heat in a variety of technical domains, quadratic convection, and radiation are essential as they improve solar energy systems and nuclear reactor cooling. The implicit type of Crank Nicolson technique was used to simulate the modeled equations. The current results are compared with the outcomes of existing literature, which provides good agreement. The temperature, velocity, and concentration are found to decrease when the fractional parameters rises between 0 and 1. Also, note that the quadratic convection helps to enhance the velocity of Casson fluid along with natural convection. Significantly noted, there is a sudden fluctuation in the physical profiles while the fractional derivative attains α = γ = λ = 1 . And the results are illustrated and discussed through the plots.
