Prediction of Coronary Artery Abnormalities Using Computed Tomography Angiography and Transthoracic Echocardiography Before Arterial Switch Operation İn Neonates With Dextro‐Transposition of the Great Arteries
This study compares transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) in detecting coronary artery anomalies in neonates with transposition of the great arteries. CTA demonstrated higher sensitivity and specificity, with 96% accuracy. The findings suggest that combining TTE and CTA enhances preoperative coronary assessment, optimizing surgical outcomes.
