Raiz y Rizoma: Un intento de espacio para el autocuidado en Psicoterapia
This paper presents the experience of a group of psychotherapists who, since 2019, have developed a collective space for self-care and mutual support called Akelarre. Through monthly in-person and virtual meetings, the group has promoted horizontality, shared vulnerability, and mental health prevention, drawing inspiration from the concepts of Winnicott, Foucault, and Deleuze. The rhizomatic structure of the group allows for the collective construction of knowledge, favoring connection, heterogeneity, and multiplicity. The group seeks to challenge rigid identities, promote inclusion and tolerance of difference, and reflect on current challenges in therapeutic practice in the face of social and technological changes, highlighting the importance of connection and community in mental health care.
