Hybrid War against Russia as a Pattern of Development of Secular Cycles of Hegemony and Its Tooling Backup (рart 3)
The article shows a number of key threats to Russia’s economic security at the present stage associated with the intensification of the hybrid war of the collective West against it. The following stand out among them: the use of cognitive weapon with its targeted impact on the public consciousness and the actions of the political elite; the use of the disruptive "Overton window" technology; the desire of the West to launch another color revolution in our country. It is noted that traditional military operations aimed at finishing off the already virtually defeated enemy may well be involved at the final stages of hybrid war. Considering the mechanism of impact of each of the noted hybrid threats on the functioning and development of the national economics, the author makes a set of practically significant proposals for their neutralization in the regulatory activities of the Russian state. According to the author, the situation of the inexorably unfolding hybrid war may well create powerful impulses for the revival of many industries and the civilian sector of the national economics as part of the pressing concept of import substitution. However, a well-thought-out concept of a country-wide structural policy is urgent for adoption of new opportunities.
