THE REALITY OF E-LEARNING PROBLEMS AND THEIR REFLECTION ON THE DESIGN OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES: OBSTACLES AND CHALLENGES

The current research deals with the reality of the problems of e-learning and their reflection on the design of learning activities: obstacles and challenges, based on the technological and information development witnessed in the modern era, which modern technology has imposed on the field of education, and has also facilitated temporal and spatial convergence.Education has invested this progress in a parallel way in its methods; The benefit of these technologies appeared inside the classrooms, and between the corridors of schools and universities, but the most exciting thing is: the establishment of integrated education based on these technologies, which is called e-learning, and this is what made e-learning the means of the era.Digital technology in the field of education has also paved the way for knowledge of the reality of e-learning in all specializations and how to benefit from its technological capabilities in order to activate teaching in record time, with high quality, and with less effort.E-learning has begun to spread throughout the world.Researchers also pointed to the advantages achieved through synchronous and asynchronous interactive learning methods, and enhancing self-learning skills.Universities and colleges have sought to adopt e-learning in multiple forms. This research addresses the development of e-learning in its forms and forms through the use of modern means of communication and technology.Which made the teaching and learning process accessible, and this made it easier for teachers in the process of designing learning activities and continuing studies for all categories of learners. It was necessary to adopt e-learning as an alternative to face-to-face education in some exceptional circumstances, and that educational institutions have proven that they are up to the responsibility in overcoming the difficulties they face.In this field.
