THE CONTRIBUTION RATIO OF CERTAIN AEROBIC AND ANAEROBIC CAPACITIES TO PREDICTING DRIBBLING AND SHOOTING SKILLS IN FUTSAL AMONG FEMALE STUDENTS

Determining the Contribution of Anaerobic and Aerobic Systems to Passing and Shooting Skills in Futsal among the Research Sample. The researcher hypothesized the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the anaerobic and aerobic systems and the passing and shooting skills in futsal among the research sample.Additionally, the contribution levels of the anaerobic and aerobic systems to these skills differ within the research sample. The researcher employed the descriptive method using a correlational approach due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The research population was identified as third-year female students from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Sulaimani, specializing in futsal, totaling 20 students.A sample of 15 students was randomly selected through a lottery method, while 5 students outside the main sample were chosen as a pilot group.Data collection methods included specific tests for anaerobic and aerobic capacity, as well as tests for passing and shooting accuracy. These tests were selected based on an analysis of relevant sources and references. The main experiment was conducted, and after obtaining raw data, statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS program. The researcher reached several conclusions, including: A strong correlation exists between phosphagen capacity and the passing and shooting skills among the research sample.A correlation was identified between lactate capacity and the passing and shooting skills among the research sample.Aerobic capacity demonstrated a significant correlation with passing skills but showed no correlation with shooting skills within the research sample. Two predictive equations were derived.
