A-97 | Impact of Early Versus Delayed Percutaneous Coronary Intervention on Outcomes in STEMI-Associated Cardiogenic Shock: Insights from a Multicenter Cohort Study
Cardiogenic shock (CS) is a severe STEMI complication and a major cause of in-hospital death despite progress in reperfusion and circulatory support. While PCI is crucial for restoring coronary blood flow in STEMI, the ideal timing is unclear. This study evaluates early (<24 hours) versus delayed (≥24 hours) PCI outcomes in STEMI-related CS using multicenter data.
