B-108 | Evaluation of Outcomes and Safety of Robotic-Assisted Percutaneous Coronary Intervention in Vietnam
Results: From 1999 to 2019, 679,433 deaths occurred related to CVD in patients with underlying influenza and pneumonia. The AAMR decreased from 29.6 in 1999 to 8.4 in 2019, declining from 1999 to 2005 (APC: -6.19), 2005 to 2009 (APC: -10.73), and 2009 to 2019 (APC: -3.88).Men had higher AAMR (18.7) than women (12.7).Black/African American population had the highest AAMR (17.1), followed by White (15.1),American Indian/Alaska Native (14.3),Hispanic/Latino (12.6), and Asian/Pacific Islander population (11.9).West Virginia (22.0) and the West region (15.7) had the highest AAMR, with nonmetropolitan areas (17.9) surpassing metropolitan areas (14.5).Conclusions: Though there has been a noteworthy reduction in CVDrelated deaths among patients with influenza and pneumonia, disparities persist among different demographic and regional groups, highlighting the necessity for further research.
