A-52 | Gender Disparities in SCAD Patients Undergoing PCI
burden in high thrombus scenarios.Survival, non-fatal MI, revascularization rates, and bleeding risks were comparable across groups. Conclusions: This study concludes that all three strategies are effective and safe for STEMI treatment.IC TNK offers advantages in perfusion and stent reduction for high thrombus burden cases. However, Primary PCI remains the optimal choice for complex scenarios, and Pharmacoinvasive therapy is a viable alternative when PCI is delayed.Further long-term studies are needed for validation.
