C-1 | Comparative outcomes of Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy vs Rotational Atherectomy in the modification of severely calcified lesions: A Meta-analysis of real-world studies
Severely calcified lesions present a particular challenge for optimal percutaneous coronary intervention. Clinical outcomes of lesion preparation strategies, whether intravascular lithotripsy versus plaque debulking modality such as rotational atherectomy, remain underexplored. This current study aimed to compare the clinical outcomes of intravascular lithotripsy to rotational atherectomy in severely calcified coronary lesions.
